This hotel has some nerves. You woudl think having a pub downstairs means a great experience, yet noise from other guests was good, not ideal. I also didn't receive any special treatment, a complimentary drink could have been nice, but alas, seems like that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The burgers were surprisingly good, and the location made it easy to explore the old town. Just had some noise from neighboring rooms, a bit annoying, but overall a solid experience.

The diverse breakfast offerings left us really surprised each morning, accommodating all tastes.
The busy street outside made it difficult to keep windows open at night due to noise.

The room was spacious, with air conditioning and excellent soundproofing despite being near a busy road. The breakfast was diverse and enjoyable, providing options for everyone. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, reminding me of common issues in many hotels here. A slight downside was the bed's softness, which may not suit every preference. A solid experience.

Bilger eck is in a great location right in the center. The newly upgraded interior of our double room made it very cozy. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were considerate. Plus, we loved getting tourist bus cards and maps from the hotel!

We found the staff to be cute, and they spoke English very well. The rooms were spacious with large double beds and air conditioning, a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with just a short walk to the city center across the Rhine River and its pedestrian bridge. The lovely Herosé Park nearby provided a beautiful place for the kids to play. The daily room service included bottled water and tea/coffee making items, a nice touch for families. We also enjoyed themed nights at the bar, including karaoke and quiz nights, a hit with our kids.
Parking in the area can be a bit challenging, but we managed to find spaces nearby.
